Tikkun Hanefesh

What a weekend.

It was incredible being with such an amazing group of women this weekend at isabellafriedman.org.

Many of us walked away wanting more and questioning how we can continue to walk in the journey of becoming the change that we want to see.

I have created this blog as a space for us to connect, inspire, share, meet, and discuss the miracles, challenges, synchronicities and kindness that we see every day. I hope that by doing so, we help each other to heal any open wounds, and transform our new knowledge into action to create change for the greater good in our own lives and the lives of others.

I hope that together we can begin to write a new narrative for many old stories that now seem too limited and flawed, and continue to support each other to usher in the changes that we know must come.


I hope that this blog will create a safe haven where all ideas are worth discussing, all debate will be taken in good spirit and faith, everyone's contributions will be valued, and that all that is shared here will help further reveal our individual and collective missions.

Here is to revealing the concealed and Tikkun Hanefesh- uncovering truth, shining light in the darkest places, and healing the soul.
